 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
  • The item must be in resalable condition
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom, special order, or personalized items

 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
