Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there’s a delay due to high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you right away.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only using trusted carriers.

Available shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: ⚡ 1-2 business days
Free Shipping: On all standard orders.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order in real-time using the carrier’s tracking link provided.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, not including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

No International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping address will be canceled and refunded. ❌

We are not responsible for delays once your package has left our warehouse, but we’ll assist you however we can.

Address Accuracy

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
